  • i would love to escape from somewhere with this music playing, so triumphant

  • ennio morricone is soooo good!

  • me encanta esta pelicula jiji :$ +1 a kayla

  • Kill bill is shit. Any ten minutes of my authentic VHS kung fu movies is more entertaining than the whole Kill Bill series

  • @decimated550 i dont think you actually watched the both of the movies completely because they're incredible.

  • @ItsMissKay1 - "eeeeeh" (sound of "wrong answer" buzzer). You can't put girlfriend Uma Thurman with a martial arts trainer and expect her to do fight scenes as good as a real martial artist. You should see some of these movies...the choreography is breathtaking. And most important, the uncut shots go on for long seconds, ten seconds, or even longer. In KB, the shots cut away after mere seconds, so they can yell 'cut' and film the next two seconds. Nothing can mimic the movements of a master.

  • @decimated550 err,, aren't you a little bit older to be trolling on the internet? how old are you,, like 50??

  • @LucielZ1 - nope, I'm 33. 550 is a significant number to me, and the name is...some funny internet name.

It wouldn't be too smart to have a screen name with your age on it, right? After you get one year older then it loses its meaning.

  • this is why i always carry a swiss penknife wherever I go now..

  • Haha, just watched the mythbusters episode on this...Found out it wasnt possible, then i cried myself to sleep.

  • @McAllisterMan They didn't do it with a Beatrice Kiddo superhuman thats y

  • imagine being in a grvayard at night and see this :D

  • Lucky Flashlight!

  • As cool as this scene is, she would've likely shattered her hand in real life.

  • If I was walking past a cemetery and saw that I'd pull out my emergency "head-blasting" .357, then run home and barricade all entrances to my house, gather all useable weapons, binoculars, ammo, food, etc. then prepare myself for the zombie apocalypse

  • Just imagine you're walking past a cemetary in the middle of the night and you see that

  • it's fucking easy that she went through sand within a minute

  • I think it worth noting that a Hatori hanzo sword is definatly good, but what wins the day? The humble straight razor

  • this fuckin song is amazing

  • Love this scene love this song. just checked out ll Mercenario-L'Arena scene with this song pretty awesome. this song makes both scenes!!!!!!!!!

  • Wasn't this song in Inglorious Basterds as well?

  • @DaSarge92

Buried is 90 minutes of it. It takes 30 minutes to do half of this video, and the other 60 was spent yelling at phones and dying.

  • What's with the music?

  • @angels2online @Sevv9220 It's 'L'Arena' from "Il Mercenario" (1968)

    /watch?v=hFJMNo8r8Xo

    /watch?v=8PykHgkq8-Q

It was also reprised in "Inglourious Basterds"

  • I would just freak the fuck out if I was buried alive, even if it was just for a movie!

  • Just chop her head off and throw it into a meat packing plant. Problem solved. /SR2 reference.

  • May I have a glass of water, please?

  • 1:52 she's blowjobing that torchlight!!

  • she would have died if he had put a gag on its amazing how stupid villians are

  • whats the music? at the beginn

  • Return of the Mummy!

  • "OK, Pai Mei. Here I come." Love that line.

  • like if you came here because of myth busters lol

  • i would hate that coz i am so claustrophobic

  • Holy Shit.

  • And this is why i don't want to sell my body to science

  • who else got a boner at 1:46?

  • thumps up if every now and then that this scene comes in your mind you find yourself hitting some surface with your fist

  • I can't bear the thought of my body slowly decomposing in a wooden box under the ground. I am so going to be a vase on my kid's fireplace...

  • Comment removed

  • i will always keep a straight razor in my boots after i watch this

  • @MrThatmeanguy1995 Why not in your sleeve? Her coffin was quite roomy, and she still barely managed to reach that boot. :D

  • real life, this is impossible, you would die

  • @DarthScosha

yeah because Kill Bill is SOOOOO realistic :P

  • bu sahne adamı klostrofobik yapar.

  • I'm gonna be cremated instead when i die. I hate coffins.

  • If only the Ronin leader off of Saints Row 2 knew how to do this.

  • Probably the best evidence that women are better in a crisis than men

Uma Thuman - buried alive, takes a few seconds to realise whats going on, doesnt panic and simply punches her way out

Ryan Reynolds - buried alive, panics and calls everyone he knows for a good 80 minutes and then, even after the coffin breaks open, just lays there and dies... even though he knows that his coffin is only around 3 feet deep.

    yep, we rule! :D

  • @mydesigirl84

you do realise that this is a Tarantino film, and goes for a completely different tone that Buried? there is no possible way in real life The Bride would survive that ordeal :P

  • @mydesigirl84 She didn't realize what was going on, Budd explained it to her in detail. He even gave her the flashlight. And besides, most zombies in the movies are male, which means men have a higher percentage of rising from their graves.

  • @mydesigirl84 Sure, maybe girls are more calm in situations such as being buried alive but men have advantages over women just as much as women have advantages over men. Plus, it's impossible to break a coffin when buried 6 feet underground, let alone digging your way out, because after you some-fucking-how break that coffin, all of the dirt will fill the coffin before a hole forms, so you would die if you manage to break the coffin, which would be impossible because you would tire out way fast.

  • @mydesigirl84 but thats because she's Uma f*cking Thurman

  • @mydesigirl84 True indeed! The sooner our inferiors realise that, the better! :)

  • @mydesigirl84 Yea cus this whole thing is really realistic? she got shot multiple times where a normal person would die and lives its all bullshit.

  • @mydesigirl84 Well Superman is a guy and he's super strong so that means we are better if you want to go by those standards

  • @mydesigirl84 Yeah will still beat your ass.

  • @mydesigirl84 good point ;-)

  • @mydesigirl84

but of course we already knew that.

  • @mydesigirl84 thanx for telling me the end of a dvd i was saving for a rainy da,some of us work you know

  • @mydesigirl84 if by crisis you mean that there was a shortage of sandwiches and a man was really hungry...

  • @Runningjoels And that's why you don't have a girlfriend, moron.

  • @allana221 stfu fatass

  • @mydesigirl84 I don't think this has anything to do with being a man or woman. How a person reacts to a situation depends on what they've been through. And if you've watched the movie, she's been through some tough shit.

  • @mydesigirl84

Ryan Reynolds- buried alive, actually panicks like a normal human being, tries to fight the sand but the sand ends up suffocating him. thats REALISTIC.

Uma Thurman- buried alive, doesnt panick, punches her way out and escalades to the ground. Thats UNREALISTIC

dont get me wrong, im a girl, and yep, we rule, and so does the bride, but certainly not in the real world. and even though i too believe that women might be better in a crisis than men, they certainly are not THAT better

  • @mydesigirl84 Ryan Reynolds...PLEASE!....put in Pai Mei that dude would have punched out of that coffin in one blow, but of course this is assuming he got shot by a shot gun (like uma)...so in turn...uma runs through a front door only to get shot and takes multiple attempts to break out of a coffin..whereas pai mei wouldn't have gotten shot, and would only need one punch to break out of the coffin!

  • @kakarot2u

    He dead though

  • @mydesigirl84 Unless you look at it this way

Uma Thurman - manages to get shot by her love, Bill

    Bill - shot Uma

    yep, we rule! :D

  • @mydesigirl84 It has nothing to do with gender. Some people are just extraordinary. She had training. She had drive. That is all one needs to achieve the impossible in the end.Well that and a bit of luck does not hurt.I am also a women. We do rule but so do men.Neither are best we are equal.

  • @mydesigirl84 not to mention those are both actors doing oh I dont know........acting????

  • @mydesigirl84 I'm a guy and I do agree with your opinion lol

  • @mydesigirl84

Yes because movies created by Hollywood will some how reflect what happens in real life.

Probably the best evidence you should just stick to making sammiches instead of deciding on the superior gender.

  • @mydesigirl84 Then why don't you all enlist in the army? Cuz clearly us men are so incapable.

  • @mydesigirl84 yeah totes, this is a movie b), she trained with the best martial artist in the world, c). hows that sandwich coming?

  • @mydesigirl84 It's a movie...

  • @TTDMFfreaknew It's a witty comment on youtube...

  • @mydesigirl84 Ryan Reynolds wasn't trained by a ninja

  • @mydesigirl84 oh wow now everyone hates you

  • @Havockeer she wudnt have gotten all those thumbs up if everyone hated her, just a thought..

  • leg restraints conveniently loose

  • if only reynolds knew..

  • Amazing score/trumpet playing here. This song has made it onto several mix CDs I've made for the car.

  • May I have a glass of water please?

  • 2:58 "OK Pai Mei...here I come..."

Hoe can you NOT feel like cheering when you watch this (especially with that music in the background!) :)

  • 4 people wish she stayed in the coffin :P

  • @GeneralMLD HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA THATS SO FUCKING FUNNY MOTHERFUCKER!!UAHAHAHAHAHAH!!11 PLOLOLOLo111

  • this video just screams female empowerment when she starts punching

  • gravekeeper walks by "ZOMBIE!!!" (whack) (whack) (whack)......."such a shame, and that was on good' lookin' corpse"

  • she must've been prairie doggin it.

  • That guy from the movie Buried should learn this...

  • @ReassuringSmile i was thinking the same exact thing!

  • god i hope shes with me when i get buried....

  • Ryan Reynolds shouldve done this in the movie BURIED. lmao

  • I love the part after this when the guy at the pub spots a woman outside, walking really fast with a dust of cloud following her, asking him really casually once she's seated down: "May I have a glass of water?"

  • 我係第100 000個人睇呢條片嫁! 香港來嫁

  • Dude I'm pretty sure this music is also in Inglourious Bastards.

  • @pwn0grapher I don't know about this one, but yeah, a lot of Kill Bill's music were also featured in Inglourious Basterds.

  • This music just kills me :) love this scene !! thumbs up for Beatrix persistancy ... ( we should learn a lesson about this scene )

  • Sorry guys but if this happened to us in real life, we wouldn't make it. Even if we did escape the coffin by doing what Beatrix did, the 6ft weight of the dirt above would either suffocate us or crush our bodies if we tried to climb. Sorry but that's life :)

  • @asingletary90

    That death rather, but yeah,.

  • @asingletary90

Well atleast we died trying right?

  • @asingletary90 To be fair, Beatrix did spend several months, maybe even years, studying with Pai Mei, who, according to Bill, is the greatest martial artist the world has ever known. If you can live through Pai Mei's training, you can live through anything.

But yeah, in real life, we'd suffocate under the dirt.

  • @asingletary90 No Shit, It's a movie. Obviously it's not going to be completely realistic

  • ZOMBIES!

  • this scene is so fucking ridiculously epic!!

  • What a magnificent fucking scene. Jesus Christ.

  • My favorite part is right before this scene when she is freakin out and turns the light off. After she calms down in her zen mode and remembers Pai Mei and his training, she's turns the light back on like "I'm not done kickin ass yet" ;-)

  • great scene

    one of my favourites

  • FACLON PUNCH!

  • THis off course is impossible, but hey, Kill Bill is just a cheesy comic book style movie, so I buy the scene.

  • @mitrooper Well actually..on Myth Busters they did it.

  • yea honey, use the shoe or flash light to make the hole not your finger. but the cd is total bs

  • ok gues ... mythbusters tried this out and it's nearly impossible to breal a coffin with ur hand and dig 2 metres ... just impossible..

  • @xemnas787 yeah, cause mythbusters are your science hallmark

  • it would be awesome if a guy walked by and went "OMG a zombie" and shot her in the head

  • Comment removed

  • shes like a gopher

  • @theoneplusthree a sexy gopher

  • I guess Paul Conroy from Buried never saw Kill Bill. :(

  • How did she do this scene?

  • ZOOOOMBIE 4.21!!!!!!

  • The film "Buried" could've been avoided with this.

  • @otomo88 yeah

  • I love when she gets up and you just know how fucking mad she is :)

  • i heard that she is claustaphobic. in the interview, it said ""There was no acting required, real screams available. It was horrific. You don't want to have that experience!"

  • Use the flashlight you stupid bitch.

  • @BillPawlowski1 you would have died in there :)

    in the dark....

  • bet she was cutting peoples ears before this with that razor XD

  • This scene brings tears to my eyes. So inspirational, seeing the Bride overcome the absolutely impossible. The build-up to this is incredible.

Alright, Pai Mai. Here I come....

  • This part makes me feel like I can't breathe

  • Hey, I know the right song to go with this scene! Buried Alive by Avenged Sevenfold, thumbs up if you agree \m/

  • These movies are absolutely stellar. Vol. 1 and 2 are two completely different creatures, and I love them both for their own reasons.

Definitely my favorites of all time.

  • I can watch any gory film ever since I was young with no problem, but this one scene is the only one I totally admit totally freaks me out. I've only got it on because me and a friend have agreed to watch stuff that scares us & I have to look away. Reason I think is because I would rather know I'd die than get out of this impossible situation I know wouldn't work. Total respect! I've finally discovered a weakness.

  • @Whiteshirtloosetie yeah i would rather did burned, or mutilated or any other way than not knowing what's gong to happen... you can't move.. and you may die of not having water but we can live as far as 1 week without water so.. i guess 10 minutes there is like forever.. what about 1 week there.. or maybe they may die of Asphyxia but little but little because even there is oxygen.. :S

  • bruce lee would destroy this coffin with 1 inch punch

  • @karolw91 chuck norris would melt the coffin with his eyes and rise to the surface using one finger

  • @pedroviolante why u people are so stuck with chuck norris ? ur acting like he's a god

  • @xemnas787 you're right, chuck norris isn't a god

When God said "let there be light" Chuck Norris said "say please"

  • I want to know HOW she crawled out of there in the first place...

  • bet

  • thumbs up if you have done that before :)

  • i bet the inspiration for this scene was one of the many crap "escape" games on addicting games

  • Wouldn't it be easier to go through the side of the coffin so all that dirt wouldn't fall on you in the beginning?

  • @nano73kaia that's just gonna make it harder for yourself, you want air? you gotta go UP right?

  • I'm just trying to imagine what would someone passing through the graveyard at that time think.

  • @mustang071 She took the shoes off. :D

  • When hell is full, the dead will walk the earth.

  • I think the bigger question here is how long it would have taken for her to black out from lack of oxygen in there?

  • awesome music!! forza italia!

  • ah I feel claustrophobic just watching this

  • this is my 1 fear buried alive

  • @TheN3kROmAnCeR yeah i would rather did burned, or mutilated or any other way than not knowing what's gong to happen... you can't move.. and you may die of not having water but we can live as far as 1 week without water so.. i guess 10 minutes there is like forever.. what about 1 week there.. or maybe they may die of Asphyxia but little but little because even there is oxygen.. :S

  • @migerusan29 you would die in 15-20 minutes of suffocation you idiot. the ground creates a perfect seal around the coffin.

  • @TheN3kROmAnCeR mine too

  • @TheN3kROmAnCeR I think it is for most people, which is what makes this scene so freakin powerful.

  • @TheN3kROmAnCeR mine too. that;s why i won't go see that movie with Ryan Reynolds...

  • i would eat all the dirt and escape while i poop it out behind me lolz

  • @phillipdogyface That's what worms do.

  • this is my favorite scene of any movie i've ever seen. it's so great, my god

  • whoa i would hate to get buried alive T-T

  • The greatest scene in motion picture history!

  • ive read the comments and a lot of people are saying they would try this and i mean this with no offence but if you were in that situation you wouldnt keep your cool you would probably panic cry (because you know this is the way your going to die) then pass out from lack of oxigen and im not saying i wouldent because i would and to keep your paitince would be a very hard thing to do if any one ever done that in real life i would admire them because this is one of the worst situations to be in :(

  • @hello6624 i agree. this scene is kick ass and i love tarrantino for making it but it is in no sense realistic

  • the One inch punch cannot work without energy from the body.....if she's lying down, she doesn't have the power at all to work it. But the dumb thing about the movie is that the 1 inch punch energy apparently comes from the knuckles/wrist.....which is ridiculous..
