Mayweather isnt asking for much, its only a drug test. Thats the ONLY thing May demanded. People exaggerate on how much was demanded.

a blood test before the fight is not too much to ask for. It is likely a small doasge blood test, not the 0.5L they ask when you DONATE blood. The plasma and red blood cells of the blood you lost are EASILY replenished within 24 hours, given an appropriate diet- i.e red meat. It is not an outrageous demand. It's not like Floyd would have been giving no blood, and Manny would have been giving a pound of blood.
