Actually I never clutch up my KLR. Check out my posted vids. The easiest is the second gear on passenger pegs wheelie and its not too hard to control. Almost feels natural. The bike will wheelie in 3rd on the rear pegs with no clutch. Wish I had some fellow KLR riders to wheelie with. Post some more vids!
Second gear may prove to be easier on the KLR.

yeah, I've gotta teach him how to clutch it up, but it'll def be easier to hold em up in second
