Why isn't Wall Street in Jail? Because their affiliate banks were forced to make subprime loans, principally by Andrew Cuomo in the Clinton Administration. Wall Street was doing the country a favor by spreading the risks across the financial system. If all the subprime loans had stayed on Main Street the economic implosion would have been far worse.
