Alright guys, What they mean by smiling with your eyes is that when people smile for photos, they normally do a fake smile, and there eyes end up being wide and huge and it looks fake. They mean if you're smiling for a photo then smile with your eyes so it looks NATURAL. They don't mean when you're naturally smiling/laughing in real life.

All she did was tilt her head forward and widen her eyes. Maybe this is "smiling with your eyes" in the model world. I was lead to believe after studying some body language that "smiling with your eyes" involves using certain muscles around the eyes that make them sort of "squint". However, these muscles are separate from your mouth muscles and, at least for the most part, involuntary, meaning you can't consciously control them (can only be "used" through genuine smiling).  Hope that's right.
