  • BUT THE ANIMAL PROTEIN IS HARD ON THE LIVER AND KIDNEYS!!!!! WHO SAID THAT CAVEMEN LIVED A LONG LIFE?!!!

  • @mrbuster1964 define "hard on the liver and kidneys"? B/C studies on kidneys show that protein does not damage them. Why would something found naturally in the foods we evolved to eat be designed to kill us?

  • @FitnessCoachMark HA!!! YOU ACTUALLY BUY THAT OLD TAG LINE ABOUT "PROTEIN"!!! DUDE!!! I'VE BEEN STUDYING NUTRITION SINCE THE EARLY 1980's. IT'S OBVIOUS TO ME YOU NEED TO BE EDUCATED!!! THERE ARE MANY BOOKS ON THE SUBJECT AND ALSO CHECK OUT THE FILM "FORKS OVER KNIVES". OR GOOGLE "A DELICATE BALANCE -THE TRUTH" AND WATCH IT FOR FREE ONLINE, THEN GET BACK TO ME. ALSO ON YOUTUBE TYPE "VEGAN ATHLETES" AND DO SOME RESEARCH.

  • YES! I have been symptom free now for 4 years! HIGHLY suggest you follow the paleo diet if you have been diagnosed with MS or ANY neurological disorder. A friend of mine is now without grand mall seizures after having epilepsy for 40 years by going gluten and dairy free!

  • I went on this diet after I was diagnosed with celiac syndrome after another trip to the ER. Not only did it stop my convulsive gut pains and shock, but also my intermittent MS, mitral valve prolapse, and childhood onset diabetes went away! It took 3 months for my insulin/blood sugar to become normal, 7 months for the MS symptoms to be gone and the same length for my heart valves to operate correctly! All at 49 years old! I had the diabetes thing show up at 15, the MS at 25!

  • @detmersstudios I just got dxed with MS, how are you now? still symptom free??

  • Gee it would have nice if this video had something about MS and diet.

We know what MS is and the Doctor says nothing here about diet and its link to MS.

  • In 2002 the Doctor wrote about Myopia and diet.

I wonder if he'd got any further on this subject?

I wonder if diet is linked to Hyperopia too?

  • I have followed Dr. Cordain for a while now. His dietary beliefs seem to me to be the most sensible: EAT WHAT YOU EVOLVED TO EAT. Simple. No silly diets based on a belief system (ie killing animals is wrong). No diets based on questionable advice from corporations with ties to the cereal industry (i.e Heart and Stroke Foundation). Just eat what you evolved to eat and you will stand the best chance of living a long healthy life.
