Rate Life Aquatic as one of the top 3 comedies we have had the fortune to receive.

Include "Dr Strangelove, or how I learned to love the bomb" and "the Idiots" by Stanley Kubric and Lars von Triers respectively.

Perhaps it is because the highly caustic sarcasm is more cinematically dispersed, so subtle in its entendres than the more ethical Kubric or societally poigniant von Triers offerings.

Wes Anderson has this rare knack of making you feel nostalgic for a time you don't necessarily have to have experienced. His characters are so endearingly whimsical that they are an antidote for cynicism. Love your work, Wes.

I thought it was a fitting tribute, but i felt that you could have removed the titles you had near the end of the film reel and put it at the end, it was information we all ready new and distracted from the film. But a great 5/5 tribute to a 5/5 director.

Great collection....Man.. i love his films, like many..maybe a little too much , so enjoyable , .. If he needs a previz computer animator for "Mr Fox", i worked on LOTR, Happy Feet and superman, a long shot i know.. but i would love to work on one of his films.... love
