The universe cannot produce what it does not contain. The contained cannot hold more than the container. Consciousness is produced because the universe is conscious and that is the only logical conclusion. Intelligence produced from mindless matter = illogical. Senses produced from senseless matter = illogical. Motion produced from passive matter = impossible.

@NoReligion4me Everything that we can see, all matter in the universe is PASSIVE. Meaning it cannot move on its own. There must be a superior force that is active and puts passive matter in motion. Matter by definition is mindless, senseless, passive unconscious. Yet the universe is clearly in motion, produces mind, consciousness, and sense perception. Matter alone cannot do these things. There MUST be a superior Active force that gives the universe these qualities. We can call this force "God".

Almost all matter in the universe is in motion and the law of inertia tells us that this will stay this way, unless another force acts upon this matter. For your point to hold any water, you would have to show that there are directed changes to this motion. Changes that cannot be explained by any known physical force. And even that would not necessarily lead to the conclusion that the reason for this is a supernatural being.

Matter cannot move on its own, yes it is in motion, but this is due to an active force that is superior to matter. This is pure logic. We can assume this force is also intelligent and conscious because it produces such.

@Alkhemist10 You forget the other half of the law, which states that an object in motion will stay in motion unless another force acts upon it. Nowhere does it state that this force has to a 'superior active' force (whatever that may be). A tree will stop a car in motion, provided it has sufficient mass. It has neither consciousness nor intelligence.

It cannot be made of matter whatever it is, it has to be superior to matter, and active, because ALL matter is passive and will never move unless forced to. What scientists call "dark matter" is a perfect example of this unknown absolute force that pervades the universe... Everything everywhere is directed from behind the scenes.

As such he has to be omniscient and omnipotent as he must be allowed to do everything within this logical framework and knows everything within it as it has to follow the logic. @Alkhemist10 OK, you are heading for the cosmological argument, which stipulates that there has to have been a prime mover at the very beginning. And since Science has yet to conclusively proof how the universe was created, you would like to insert your God hypothesis into this gap. But just because this gap exists in our scientific understanding of the universe, does no mean that you can enter your explanation without any evidence. There are many other possible explanations as well.

@phoenix25R There is no point in trying to disprove god, science is all about having strong arguments about what you try to prove. The only proof of god is through the Bible which is not the best source since it's written by some mad men 2 000 years ago. Science on the other hand can prove much more, we even figured out how life is created.
Also, I'm quite curious of how you can be so sure that god exists.
