  • I think you are very brave(: Ever since I was 10 I struggled with my weight, and it's not easy having people tell you you are fine the way you are, because sometimes you arent, and u know u arent when you dont feel like you are. I am now between 105-110 pounds at 5 foot with big hips, which is what im trying to lose. I hope you reached your goal (:

  • everyones body is made different, me for example, my mom and i weigh about the same , same height as well but she got skinnier legs and i've got skinnier arms and flatter stomach.. we're all shaped different and you can't decide where to lose or gain fat..

  • If you don't mind me saying so, it isn't healthy for a teenage girl to eat below 1200 calories a day and it usually isn't goo for longterm weight loss because it will inhibit weight loss. Just thought I should let you know because I hope you're hard work doesn't go to waste : P

  • hey try to sport then you will be good looking mens just like not only tide ass but sport looking one. and start to eat something tasty you should start eat italian pasta its graet easy for stomach and that s imprtant - your body have to feel comfort not just jour stupid thinking about one egg an toast which is usualy everythink but not tasty and good looking food. staart to learn how to cook with vegatables extra virgin oil ...

  • if you don't eat atleast 1200 calories a day then your body will think you're starving and well started kepping extra calories hence you will gain weight. 2000 is the average with one hour of excersice. if you just eat 1200 a day you'll still lose weight. trust me. ive been there before.

  • Hey, just popping to let you know that 2,000 calories a day is what is considered healthy, hon. At the rate you were going, malnurished and and losing weight rather rapidly, chances are that if you want to return to a regular diet you will not maintain your ideal weight. Eating more while exercising will keep your body balanced and happy :) Not to mention toned.

    you are a HUGE inspireation for me because i really want to get down to 110 pounds and i was just looking up how much miley cyrus weighs and i stumbled upon this video. and its been pretty hard for me to work out and eat healthy but i lost 3 pounds in the last few days which inspires me..and i really hope your videos inspire me which i bet they will because this did:)

  • You lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks? That's not healthy. You have to keep in mind that the healthy FAT loss rate is around 1-2 pounds per week. Remember to take it slow and steady, this is how you'll manage to keep that weight off for the rest of your life. Another thing is you measure your body fat to see if you're losing fat or water or muscle mass. Good Luck ! :)

I don't really like Miley Cyrus either, but I appreciate that you point that people don't usually want to end up like 'that' sort of skinny (Nicole Richie etc.) so I'm glad that you chose someone a litttle bit more realistic looking.   • You aren't going to look toned like Miley unless you do physical activity. You'll lose weight, but you'll start to look bony instead of fit and toned. Maybe go for walks more and do some crunches more often just to help you out. Good luck!!

  • Once you lose the desired weight but you still don't have the body, pickup a toning exercise daily.

    I'd recommend something like pilates 4x a week.

    One small change, For breakfast you might want to add some fruit and a low fat yogourt instead of the toast along with the egg.

    Nice job keeping up. Not trying to be too thin is courage. Keep up the great work. You are doing fantastic.

  • i useually like my bod. but when i see my friends in bikini's, and me in shorts and a t-shirt, i feel sort of insecure and miley is 4 years older than me and shes skinnier than me. thats a liiittlle creepy but i wanna be as skinny as her so I can wear a bikini w/ my friends. and not feel insecure and feel beautiful and confident when i wake up every day.

  • okay for one thing, she has a naturally skinny body. i kinda doubt she does any type of excersize at all. and since you're so young, your body is still developing. i used to be quite heavy when i was your age but gradually i lost weight because my body was getting used to itself. believe me, i was exactly in your position too so don't think i'm just making it up.

  • Your weight now is HEALTHY for your height and age. Youre not overweight and 110-115lbs for your age and height would be UNDERWEIGHT. Losing weight alone can't give you Miley Cyruss figure but exercise can, that's why she looks so well, she's toned. MK and Nicole look skeletal because they lost fat AND muscle. Not trying to be overly critical here, but it sucks to see teens misunderstand what's healthy for them, you can permanently damage your metabolism by losing weight in an unhealthy manner.

  • you call that packaged stuff healthy? that stuff is awful for you. i eat about 1000 cals a day too, but i eat mostly fruits and vegetables. that way i get breakfast lunch dinner and a snack. sometimes 2 snacks.

  • Great job on your weightloss! Also want to add that not all packaged foods are healthy. It's important to have a balanced diet of fresh fruit and vegetables, unprocessed carbs for fiber and some fish,chicken, lean meat for the protein.

  • No! You need protein if you want to toned up! Eggs are a good source of protein. Pouch! Not fried!

  • Sometimes when someone is 125 pounds and is short, that means their overweight, but if they're tall, then they are standard. It doesn't have too much to do with weight sometimes. Although I'm 105 pounds and 49. (something) kg, because I'm tall, I'm not fat.

  • I am in the process of losing weight myself. A site that really helps me is sparkteens. com it is a community with support, I recomend it to anyone.

  • Awesome job! Keep it up. Just remember that after you start eating "normal" food again you might gain the weight back quickly. One thing that i've learned is that you can't just diet and then keep the weight off. You have to transform your whole diet and the way you eat if you want to maintain your goal weight.   • You should find out your calorie intake per day and how much calories you need to lose 1-2 lb per week. If you are going on a low calorie diet and you do no form of exercise, your metabolism will slow. What you're losing is mostly water weight and muscles. And healthy things does not include things in packages because processed food contain lots of ingredients that's not natural.

  • You should eat more vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. It's not what you do for now, it's a healthy life style change. Once in a while you can treat yourself something, but don't overdo it. And when you do lose the weight, are you going to go back to your eating habits and eat what you call "real" food.

  • aren't u getting a bit upsessed. It''s not healthy to compare yourself with some one else that is skinnier or taller, it will only make u upset if u cant look like that. There is nothing wrong with loosing weight to get a healthy weight but u are going a bit to far i think.
