This was GREAT, it put me in mind of ''Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid'' it was so well done. Rich Allen you created a ''Master Piece'' .......... If you have not viewed a lot of 1940's and 1950's Black and White Movies you may not ''Get'' Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid'' but still if you have not seen it already it will be worth the view.
Very very good! Thanks for sharing your work. My pet bird sat on my shoulder through it all (he's still there), and he enjoyed it too. He's trying to imitate the sound of the bug people/goat.
Hilarious! Actually, that was The Outer Limits and 2 episodes of the "Andy Griffith Show". There is the Jimmy The Goat who ate the dynamite episode. The other episode is where 2 suspects are brought to "The Rock" (aka, the Mayberry, NC Jail). Barney Fife tells them "The Rock" has 2 rules: 1. Obey All Rules & 2. Do Not Write On The Walls. Barney allows them to escape 3 times. But Andy Taylor makes Barney look like a hero. You should have kept Mayor Stoner's eulogy from the Jimmy The Goat episode.
@rtmorphine , the scene showing Gomer and the shotgun in the courthouse with Otis and Barney is from "High Noon in Mayberry," when Luke Comstock comes to town to settle things with Andy.
What if there was an alternate version of where Barney tries to save Andy and Helen from the cave in (which they found their way out and went back in to save Barney from being embarrassed), in which Andy and Helen arrive and find all the citizens trying to save them? Only this time Andy confronts Barney, who gets embarrassed again, and Andy gets mad and strips Barney (literally) of his uniform?
Loved this one too, am subscribing, Do more, maybe some other shows too. Like Lucy Meet's Barney Fife,Or Lucy Meets Gort,or the Three stooges in Orbit Meet Barney. Or B arney meets The Twilight Zone. There are all kinds of possibilities. Like barney Meets the walnut episode of Dick Van Dyke. You did a great job. what w cool idea. Thanks for posting.
Excellent blending!!! Two of my favorite classic shows. The Zanti misfits terrified me as a child, and putting them together with the Great Barney Fife was a stroke of genius. Loved it!!! Keep up the superb work!!!
Dark Side of the Moon & Wizard of Oz; over-rated! I think you're really on to something here...,hmmmm,2 shows made around the mid 1960's..., can't be just a coincidence..., must be a conspiracy some wheres! "Total destruction to anyone who invades our privacy!" Is it just me or does Gomer Pyle bear an uncanny resemblance to Bubba in "Forrest Gump??"
Ha! Two of my favorite things in the world: Barney Fife and Zanti misfits. Great job. Let's see more! Might I suggest merging an episode of Dick Van Dyke (maybe either "It May Look Like a Walnut" or "Uhny Uftz") with the Twilight Zone (maybe "The Invaders" episode)?
Ha, ha, ha! Barney Fife was an outer limit on his own, but the sequencing is great and funny. Especially those animated ant-like invaders and the weird music. A suggestion: try a hodge-podge of sequencing and even throw some chickens in for good fun. The idea is: the whackier, the better.
Very good.

That was always one of my favorite Outer Limits episodes. This was very clever. I love the part where Andy and Barney are up on the desk.
