I told my dad I wanted to be vegan, but he said, even if you do not eat meat,they still make it and sell it. I still support PETA, and I make sure I see a "Killed and Raised Humanely" on the package before I buy.
Please also watch a documentry called "Earthlings". To those in denial that their meat was once an abused animal; your just reasoning with yourself because you think you can't give up meat, I swear on my life, if you consume meat from factory farms then you ARE supporting cruelty because this isn't special cases of animal abuse these are the very real processes in place to produce your "food". Won't stop eating meat? PLEASE still support PETA as they are striving to implement humane processes.
