I actually play bass in real life and in rock band and usually play bass style, meaning upstrokes with two fingers ... and i always play on expert and got 98% on run to the hills

For Tell me baby on bass. I can confirm it's cool on bass. As you can tell by my name, I play the bass guitar and love RHCP. That song is perfect if you play it the way it's meant to: SLAPPING. I mean, play it by hitting ur thumb to strumb down and pull off with your fingers to strum up. Never hold the strumbar while doing this. Pleasure guaranteed.

I'm just throwing this out there (though I don't want to overwork you), if a song has a really fun bass part, like Hysteria, March of the Pigs (which isn't applicable, since it came before your reviews), Tell Me Baby, some of the upcoming Who songs (which will be incomprehensibly amazing), or if Harmonix were to come out with a Primus pack, maybe it warrants an extra review. I still remember being surprised that you guys didn't review Hysteria's awesome bass part, which is why I bought the song.

Good reviews guys. I don't know if that other RHCP song was the weak point though, only because Snow, while a fun song to listen to as I play, Just got annoying and repetitive. I mean it seems like you're playing the main riff for 75% of the song. The bass in that other RHCP song is really fun though.

Drums are pretty decent this week, but it's also a damn good week for the vocalists.

The chart is easier, I don't think I've ever seen anything be more easier than something else.

I have both versions though because I figure if Rush keeps selling then HMX will be more inclined to put other Rush songs out. Plus with The Who next week, I'm kind of hoping for a Rush 12 Pack in the future.

the "christmas carol part" as you say, should have been put on the drums. it is the chimes. neil had chimes for farewell to kings. it is worth looking at.
