True, except research was related to using cell phones during bad weather, which rarely exists in California.

How much research has been done on the VERY hazardous process of putting on those damn earpieces, or wearing wired earpieces which can basically transmit the wattage from the output to your brain in some cases...

Regardless, responsible driving is the law, and I have almost gotten in several accidents now that the safe cell phone law was enforced BECAUSE of the new law. I don't know.
