just cuz he has the basic abs doesn't mean he worked for them, all it means that he is pretty much skinny which means he doesn't have as much fat, you can see how his abs aren't formed right, one is higher then the other. plus it's not so easy, sure you can do millions and millions of abs exercises but doesn't mean they're gona show. you have to do cardio and burn off your belly fat. you don't even have to do ab exercises the only thing ab exercises do is forms your abs and make them thinker.

Nice abs but overal build is very weak. Start working out in a gym and do some compound exercise to put on size in short periode of time. Benchpress, squat and deadlifts are the key :)

If I did this routine I would probably lose a lot of ab mass because it involves no weighted training. It's also spelled "side" if that is what you were going for. You can have a shitty body with abs. Look at the muscular imbalance in Mike Sorrentino. All abs, arms and a little chest. No traps or shoulders so his neck looks 30 feet long. It's about aesthetics.

in my swim team nine and ten year olds do atleast a 100 crunches, 30 crunches on each side-60, 30+ leg lifts, 30+ single leg lifts, planks for aa while, and manyother excersizes for many muscle groups for an hour.

Every one should remember that DIET is 90% of abs. The rest requires a daily repetitive regimen to harden the muscles. Why fat people or any one else does situps without following a diet is beyond me.

That is a beginner routine and after 2 weeks of doing that you'll be pissing in the wind. Where are your obliques? Have you ever done a single pushup? You have a decent set of abs but anyone with a low BF% should have decent abs even if they dont even train them. You should focus on any and everything except abs for a while.

Hmmmm.... Who writes what they do then takes pictures? You are supposed to make a video. First of all, abs are made in the kitchen and secondly, that routine sucks balls. That is a beginner routine and after 2 weeks of doing that you'll be pissing in the wind. Where are your obliques? Have you ever done a single pushup? You have a decent set of abs but anyone with a low BF% should have decent abs even if they dont even train them. You should focus on any and everything except abs for a while.

yes it does,ive been skateboarding for 2 years now and after about 6 months all the twisting and cruching you do to pop your tricks give you an ab workout.i dont do anything but skate and i have abs...
