Well most of this footage is from the video games, which is what Sakura Taisen is mostly from, a little bit of it is from the movie, and a tiny bit from the second ova. Some of the OVA episodes are indeed on youtube if you search hard enough, but most of them are also out on DVD in the US. (except for the two most recent ovas).
