I figured this out along time ago, i even made a conspiracy about it, back then women werent relly aloud to do things so... what if they made an image for the band and then lowered the pitch to begin with? so that the girl could still be a part of the music scene.... but that is crazy talk, it does sound really real though, its just the pitch changed higher in audacity though or a similar program haha

Justifying someones actions is a big part of a story in a game.

The Enclave want to rebuild in humanity, and let me say this once, I completely think that anyone on this website would shoot a mutant in the head with no remorse if it meant the re-building of society. Curse your dogma if you decide that saving mutants is better. Then you are no better than them.

In my all serious term, the only proper method of dealing with mutants is extermination.

Hack an enclave terminal in Fallout 3 and you will see their directives was to execute the wastelanders contaminated with FEV while sparing the ones who were considered pure. Then they would be indoctrinated. ( Thus the Enclave outposts around the wasteland)

Besides, i made a mod for them, so now I join them in raids against modded ghouls settlements. Ah the joys of ghoul burning....
