  • nice fake accent 3:10

  • Amazing resource. Having that many artists in an area with both group and private space with all their tools, talent and ideas must be amazing! (and maddening)

  • Art is a selective re-creation of reality according to an artist’s metaphysical value-judgments. It concretizes man’s fundamental view of himself and of existence. In a sense, art teaches man how to use his consciousness.

  • make art. don't talk about art or think about it though.....

  • nice way to waste energy.... absolutely dumb

  • art can be defined very simply, the craft that makes the beholder happy, it needn't impress anybody. Van Gogh didnt sell a single painting in his life. in the end anything can be art to somebody

  • Art includes doing research, science, and experiments. Art like any other field is getting involved in areas and degrees of the scale dimension outside the human bubble

and it is about changing the own body structure (I like to reduce it to the neuronal structure) by interacting with something else than just other persons.

Here I can see that the trinity works

best (one person (or group) works with another on a third thing).

  • ...isn't art supposed to be an expression of the artist(s), made for their own enjoyment? Seriously, quit being a pretentious ass and crack open a beer and enjoy the fire.

  • It's a sad day when you can't talk pretentiously about art. Getting smacked down by a beer swilling loon for even having an opinion is pretty much par for the course though.

  • ...what about a beer swilling loon with a degree in art?

  • Okey dokey, make that someone with an art degree pretending to be a beer swilling loon.

  • :D meggaaa

  • If any of you wanna see some of their stuff you can go to the flame festival in sf during the summer im not sure when it is exactly but look it up, its an annual exhibition of fire based performance art, it's pretty pricey for a ticket to get in but totally worth it, you wont see anything like it anywhere else in the world, except maybe burning man, but long story short; check it out!

  • WHAT?!? you've never been to burning man have you? there is NOTHING at all like it... sure there's festivals with performers and crap, but where else besides burning man do you NOT buy anything? good god, dont get all spanish inquisition on me- just pointing out a flaw in your statement.

  • make a giant butt that farts fire

  • I wish i could afford to live in San Fran. But I am gald technology allows me to visit online. Thanks for posting.

  • Where do they get the money for that stuff

  • seriously....

  • Pop art rocks!

  • I want to run away and join the Flaming Lotus Girls, I think these are my sisters that I was separated from at birth, and they are in S.F. my sister might let me live in her garage. Amazing stuff, love the flaming Ball and I love the Hand of God. Do you except weekenders? I live 4 hours away, do you need occasional help? I am wonderful at concept and ideas and lack knowledge in structural and building. But would love to learn, how do I contact your group?

  • I think i need to join!

My two favsit things are Fire and shop class!

  • OPEN YOUR EYES!!!That is not art, you can crash a car into a wall and set it on fire, THAT would look better

  • you obviously have no taste

  • i like fire............

  • i like fire to..

  • lul

  • i go make this in my house ^^

  • i wish i lived near there i always love to make stuff out of metal

  • I want to go there.

  • ahh they have a place like this in huntsville alabama called the flying monkey.

  • I saw this on t.v.

    Its Great!!!

  • i have a good idea for them make a twisted metal car

  • ... i like fire!

  • HD kicks ass!

  • was cool but wasnt my thing....

  • i agree, but the whole point IS art

  • Isn't propane a clean burning fuel?

  • i dont think so

  • Greenhouse gas emissions factors for propane are 62.7 kg CO2/ mBTU[2] or 1.55 kg of CO2 per litre[3] or 73.7 kg / GJ[4]

Which is not bad a t all really. That's about 1/10 to 1/15 of the pollutants that one minute of idle in your typical car put off.
