Art includes doing research, science, and experiments. Art like any other field is getting involved in areas and degrees of the scale dimension outside the human bubble

and it is about changing the own body structure (I like to reduce it to the neuronal structure) by interacting with something else than just other persons.

If any of you wanna see some of their stuff you can go to the flame festival in sf during the summer im not sure when it is exactly but look it up, its an annual exhibition of fire based performance art, it's pretty pricey for a ticket to get in but totally worth it, you wont see anything like it anywhere else in the world, except maybe burning man, but long story short; check it out!

Which is not bad a t all really. That's about 1/10 to 1/15 of the pollutants that one minute of idle in your typical car put off.
