Big deal. Occasionally every bum player will come up with a sterling play but to judge a player's worth, you must take everything into consideration and Tony Clark was around mediocre or less.
Tony Clark is a journeyman player at best. He played for the Tigers, Red Sox, Mets, Yanks, D'backs and now with the Padres. By the way, he hit a ROARING .221 with the Yanks in '04 and any guy with a batting average that rotten doesn't belong to set foot on Yankee soil again. But Interleague play gave the guy another chance.
good guy to have on that 2004 team shoulda been brought back for another year
