I can see this popping up in local gyms soon, adding some entertainment due to the myriads of falls that will follow. BTW This video may be old but you are sooooo hot. I am so inspired by this. I shared it with a lot of friends. I tried it to, and didn't think I could do those kicks but I did and I was surprised! Wow, what a workout! I was soaking wet with sweat. Thankyou for the inspiration. Please make more videos. This was awesome!
It's going to depend on how long your legs are. I'm only 5'4'. What I do is start the song and walk to the beat until I feel like I'm right on rythm with it. In this video I'm going at 3.5. It feels SO much faster when you turn around and go backwards... so brace yourself!
