Why do I have to kill all the mobs in a room so the gate can break and then access to the second room?

@Necrommancer because its more about how you can deal with mobs, and you cannot just simply run through the whole dungeon and go to fight the boss

@pointy85 Ok but when you do story quest dungeons, sometimes you kill certain mobs and the gate will be opened, did you notice that? .. If this happens in the DT dungs it will be very good for us, that way we can have time to wait for the bosses to respawn, it works but I can`t get to the bosses in time because of all those mobs in the previous rooms, so I only get 3 drops instead of 6. (3 drops if there`s 3 bosses)

Drawing this boss into the previous room makes it much, much easier...From there, use ranged attacks and dash/warp through it when it rushes. Use an additional dash/warp afterward, cannon, rinse, repeat. Avoid multiple-hit attacks on DT bosses, because only the final hit will connect, and you will more-than-likely be hit for heavy damage in the duration of your attack. Also, when it hits 1/2 of its HP bar, it can fire the laser it has at any time. To avoid this, dash through it, not away.

Gahhh I got so close to killing him before but while he was firing that laser I tried to circle around him and got to close. He hit 4k on my and I only had 3.6k hp!!!
