Thats the problem with evolution, is that there is no proof of macro changes anywhere. all they do is find animal A and then magically it becomes the animal B without any transitional proof to back up there claims.

Disconcerting as it may be to true believers in global warming, the average temperature on earth has remained steady or slowly declined during the past decade, despite the continued increase in the atmospheric concentration of carbon dioxide, and now the global temperature is falling precipitously. There is a close correlation between variations in the sunspot cycle and earth's climate, and from observation of the sun cycles and sun spots it will likely continue cooling.

And its really sad...they are using the passion of good people who care about the environment, and manipulating them for their own causes. It is so close to a religious movement, that people become very closed minded when challenged with anything that is not part of their belief system. No matter what, they are using well intended people for their own gains...

Hawk-that was just the estimate of how much it would cost for the average person. Depending on which area you live in the taxes on electricity can be more(or any other energy). I seem to recall them talking about The middle States getting hit worse with the taxes. A.J. had a tax map for cap & trade on one of his past shows showing which states would be hit hardest based on the bill supporters suggestions. I'm guessing since obama hates coal energy that will be taxed even higher.
