  • wtf i was looking for the TooL rock band but this song is not bad anyways

  • @davernification lol. sorry but your comment is pretty stupid. I agree if you would say there is only room for ONE TOOL in rock/metal music! but this is a total different genre. anyway the Trance project TOOL was only active from 94-96. No one can say if the guy who was behind it knew about the Metal band TOOL.

If he wasn't into that genre I highly doubt it. Keep in mind that it was in the pre-internet time.

You couldn't simply start google and check if your music project name was already in use

  • this is inst a Tool song. pretty banging though i have to say

  • @getsomemates69 obviously you didn't read the description!

  • When I was shroomingg to this song it was accidentally on repeat, it was unbelievable.

  • Is this REALLY a Tool song?

I found it on LimeWire AGES ago but could never find it on the band's discography. This is the closest I've come to finding the songs origin.

If it TRULY is a Tool song, could you please tell me where it's from?

  • @SoulHedgehog actually all needed infos are in the description! :)

    here is the link: discogs.com/Tool-All-I-Need-Is-/release/291804

but I hope you don't think this one has anything todo with the US metal band with the same name!

  • @ThB303

Aha, that explains the confusion I've seen on the net, it's not the US metal band. Granted, it's still a very enjoyable song, despite being an entirely different genre lol.

I had just skimmed through the summary and immediately noticed the absence of an artist or an album and just figured this was some random bullshit that someone, somewhere managed to get confused along the way.

So, just to get it right, the artist is a German DJ who goes by Tool? And the track's title is Evolution,

  • @SoulHedgehog

which is available on the album All I Need Is...? :)

Just want to make sure I have it right this time, as to prevent future confusion :P

Sorry this was divided into two replies, btw...

And thank you for providing me with your help! :)

  • @SoulHedgehog yeah that is pretty much correct.. more or less :) ... it was available on a vinyl single with the A-side title called 'All I need is...' on the B-side you can find 'Evolution'

  • @ThB303

Cool then. Again, thank you for the help, very much appreciated! :D

  • @ThB303 maynard on turntables simply genius

  • @SoulHedgehog i actually did the something and i wondered the same

  • Very rare track !!

    Like it !!!

    Thanks for posting this !
