This is the first video of you I've seen, and judging by this alone, to improve your voice sound quality, you should open your mouth wider when you sing. It's awkward, and I'm sure you've heard it before, just keep thinking about it. Your mouth should have three finger widths of space between your top teeth and bottom jaw to get the best sound. Crazy, and hard to concentrate on when you're playing guitar too, but it's true. Other than that, ditto to all the complimentary comments.

Your voice is very well controlled and it's very soothing. My biggest advice is treat the guitar playing like you do with your voice. If you look at yourself play in the mirror you'll notice that you're moving your arm to strum. Try relaxing your arm and play with your wrist a bit more :) You'll find the flow very easily ^^
