haha can't play football and wear hijab, lol thats funny b/c I do, all you need is an Al-amira hijab i.e one of the slip on ones two or one piece tuck it into your shirt and wear a loose fitting long sleeve shirt and track pants or sweat pants and there is no problem.

I agree. Women are supposed to learn things like martial arts and archery in Islam, but the backward mindset of a lot of people prevents them from implementing such programs.
