Why would they learn better english? Do you, you ignorant jerk, speak any language than your first, english? For example I speak serbian, croatian (which is quite similar, almost the same as serbian), latin, russian, spanish, greek, french and english... My guess is that u're just some stupid yankee who's completly ignorant and doesn't know anything about the world that he's living in, and shows no respect for other nations and their history and culture.
