  • i've noticed that in the description you put that Einstein isn't the famous one on tv but i have to tell you that she's pretty famous in my house. my son enjoys watching the videos of Enstein with his african grey that we call Roxie. they both think Enstein is funny and does silly things like hiding in the cupboard, repeating differant foods and her tribute to Elvis lol!

  • @MsHolly30 Thank you for your nice comment! We are so glad you enjoy Einstein! :>

  • naughty parrot, but so cool

  • Such a sweet bird.

  • Ahhhh!!!!! Its Godzilla!!!!!! XD

  • lol from 1:02 all i could think of was the jaws theme tune

  • don't she lay eggs without a boy

  • Is that like...her play drawer?

A drawer you don't use for kitchen stuff?

I think yes, from all those little bird-ish play things in it?

  • i want a african grey so badly but those are expensive in germany :/

  • Looks like she was a little bit cross with that thing that was in her way.

  • Such a cute,smart birdie. c:

  • when she first came out of the drawer, she had the same look i had on when i first saw my parents going at it. :\

  • Ninja bird. >.>

She's like, "Don't mind me. Just a parrot in a drawer. Nothing to see here."

  • She is the best parrot I've ever seen!

  • she seems kinda angry when shes in the drawer like she wants privacy lol

  • Are you worried she will get broody having her dark nest like area in the drawer? Just curious.

  • @Hitez04 We have not had any issues and no behavioral problems. Besides, she doesn't stay in the drawer all of the time. She has many other perches and places that we take her thoughout our home during the day.

  • @4zebird paly some marco polo

  • What a cute parrot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • thatd kinda freak me out

  • wow, my birds are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO frigging boring, Everybody other bird has more energy then mine.

  • @Midwaygirl77 What kind of bird do you have, and how much do you interact and play with it?

  • Looks to me she still has some of her wild instincts..good to see. She's finding hollows in the 'tree' for safety, refuge and nesting. You should get her a Mr. Einstein to nest with...

  • She's a ninja!

  • lol she's like the mcguyver of parrots I've never seen a parrot so crafty getting into a cabinet lol

  • lol

  • lol when he came out at 1:15 looks like he saw something in there

  • isnt that dangerous? D: he could get injured or killed by accident

  • I own a double yellow headed amazon, hes very affection and has a good sense of humor, hes around 10 years old as of this year.

He is a talker, loves his showers and junkfood and when i rub his back and neck.

He squaks really highpitched when hes lonely, is there anything we can do to get him to stop squaking, maybe letting him out more and talking to him/ spending time wit hhim on a daily basis.

However i do not want him to grow dependant, as if he'll need to see me every momment of the day..

  • @420and666 I wish YouTube would allow links in these comments, but they don't. I have to refer you to an expert, Barbara Heidenreich. I am a big fan of hers and she is an excelent animal trainer. Google this - Stop your Parrot from Screaming for Attention Good Bird Blogspot The second result will be an article you need to read. I think it will help you. I also recommend you reading anything else you can get your hand or eyes on that she has written.

  • @4zebird YOU ARE SO CUTE

  • @420and666 I thought you were trying to arrange a date!

  • Actually, she not upset at all she's sleepy I own an amazon and conure and when they're sleepy they get the same look in thier eyes and puff up the same way. It's might be why she wasn't talking as much:) she's very cute how old is she?

  • You gotta be VERY careful when doing this cause if that drawer Closes she might get hurt Are you using like a stop or something in the drawer?

  • @ruellersss Yes, the drawer slides do have a stop that prevents the drawer from sliding in. Good point, thanks for asking.

  • @4zebird :) thank god

  • she seems a little huffy in this vid love how she opens the cupboard door

you have such an amazing bird :D

  • you should learn her to tell some funny jokes and sing that song from one of the home alone movies, can't remember wich one =)

  • She start to dancing in the end! XD

  • Wow look at that little FLUFF monster hahaha. Does she bite you when you approach her during hike and seek?? She looks really nesty!!

  • 1. What does it mean when she puffs out her feathers? (3:34 ish)

    2. Does she bite???

  • Sorry for the delay in answering. Have not had the time until now. Your questions are very good.

Birds puffing feathers can mean a couple of different things. Birds puff up for different reasons. They can do it to make themselves look bigger if they feel threatened, to keep themselves warm if they feel cold, or when they are happy and comfortable.

    Bite?

She has a beak and she can use it. Link for more information - aviannetwork (dot) com (slash) articles (slash) biting (dot) htm
