Going to have to disagree.. the best deleted scene ever was from another movie with Danny McBride: The Fist Foot Way.. towards the end after his wife has cheated on him with his arch rival, she tries to make up to him and he pretends to take her back and they hug.. only for him to snap her neck and quickly walk away, and it's never brought up again.. fucking hilarious deleted scene, it's probably on youtube.
