Actually V7 was the first RSTS/E I ever worked on (on a PDP-11/44 though), though I used Pericom terminals rather than standard DEC. Seeing that SYSTAT brings back a lot of memories!
Yup, it's SYSTAT. The VT52 was the second computer terminal I ever used; we had ADDS terminals and I remember writing computer games that used the cursor-addressing. First question on starting the game was "(A)DDS or (V)T-52?" since the escape sequences were different.
@WoffordWitch Wow, 4-5 live and one dead vt52? what's wrong with the dead one?
I've been trying to find someone who has one to dump the discrete-component processor roms, and the character set rom from, since a group I'm working with wants to get an emulator running; we have the schematics but are missing the microcode and character set.

I had the dec vt100, vt220, and the rainbow...they were awesome useless computers because no one wrote cool software for them.

Superb. I'm after a VT52. They don't seem to turn up over here in the UK.

I'm jealous! I would love to get a VT52, but I've never seen one in the wild.

I've found several in the wild and I think that I have 4 or 5 live ones and one dead one.
