  • this is just factually wrong. Educate yourself. EFCA does not eliminate but expand options for workers. we need something that works for us.

  • why would unions want to eliminate secret ballot voting? makes no sense. think about it. EFCA offers more options for workers.

  • It doesn't eliminate the secret ballot, it offers an alternative to it. Very misleading.
