It's nice to know that if you die in a plane crash, you have the opportunity of almost certainly contributing to safety improvements that will save other's lives later, whether it was a weather event, mechanical failure, pilot error or a hostile act by a passenger, crew member or other aircraft/missile etc. In a car crash, you're just a statistic.

I think the reason he is saying that is because you need to still take the safety precautions and know where emergency exits and equipment are. Regardless of how often you fly, you should be familiar with where things are in the aircraft so that if you get into an emergency, you will have a much better chance of surviving.

As I know the sixth season is not yet comfirmed but it has leaked out that some of the episodes of the upcoming sixth season is might be about Charkhi Dadri mid-air collision, Pan Am Flight 103, TWA Flight 800, ALM Flight 980, and the plane crash during Operation Babylift. Does anybody no something or maybe confirm this information?
