Well it was McLaren that caused the riot by supporting one driver then the other and back again.

But you could see they both had a point to prove with each other and it did remind me a little bit of the Senna, Schumacher days...........

Anyway Alonso is with my team, Scuderia Ferrari next year in a good car and McLaren is promising to be back next year with results. It seems these two might end up fighting for a title again...........

My thoughts exactly. I suspect Alonso is a little like Senna, and Hamilton a bit like Schumacher, in the sense that Senna didn't respect Schumacher early on. It wasn't until 1994 he really respected him.

They're more like Senna and Prost, intense teammate rivalry, public fallout. However they have deep respect for each other as competitors, they also loathe each other in the heat of battles. It's a love-hate relationship. Alonso is a bit like Senna, he's an introvert. But I think Hamilton has a lot more respect for Alonso than Prost cared to admit he had for Senna. Hamilton has publicly said on many occasions that he thinks Alonso is the best out there and he has huge respect for him.
