Is this going to be a straight RCMP mod, or will they be the "federal" units of a Canadian mod?

@dunitlol The units will replace all LAPD units, and once the Vancouver police units are ready, we will swap out some of the RCMP units and make them a Federal unit whilst the VPD will be local. So right now it's going to be two big different mods and the final will be blended.
