Very impressive, flashy, and perfectly timed as usual. Your editing skills truly are superior. Amber, you are without a doubt the master Sonic AMV maker on YT. Now I think it's time for you to branch out and take on new challenges. I know you enjoy using media from the Sonic franchise, but seeing the same clips used to different songs with amazing effects, though still impressive, gets repetitive. (more commentary coming...)

First, I suggest you use different video game media. Try and use something you don't mind watching over and over again. =P But what would be even better imo is if you used clips from movies. Any movie, but again, make sure it's something you really like. Epic series or superhero movies, or action movies in general, I think would prove to be fun to edit. (still continued...)

Second, I wanna talk about style. Your style represents the peak of intense, action packed editing, and you always move quickly to the beat of the song consistently throughout the song. And like I said, I very much enjoy your style. But again, it gets repetitive, and even predictable at times. I don't know if this makes sense to you, but in terms of playing an instrument, consider the difference between playing technically and playing musically. (still again continued...)

If you master technicality, you can recreate exciting, extremely fast pieces. Yet there's something missing to purely technical playing. However, when you add musicality to your playing, you can take your skill to a whole new level. You can move, evoke emotions. Now I'm not sure if this analogy can parallel video editing exactly, but I think you get my point. And I've seen you do "technical" and "musical" editing before, but personally I would like to see more "musicality in your editing."

Also one more thing I want to say. I think you should seriously consider doing other types of epic music videos besides strictly AMVs. You've probably gotten to the level of editing skill where the type of AMV you do now holds you back from EVEN BETTER videos. I'm sure you've seen some of Riptide's more recent videos, like his trailers, or where he creates a story with his videos. I would really like to see more of that from you. OK, I'm finally done now. =P

I actually do have some other clips on my computer that I'm creating a video to right now. :p I also have torrents to another series, but I need an external hard drive first. Anywho, thanks for everything you said, I'll try to remember it all and use it. :p
