Riplinger is the liar. The KJV is a very good translation. But there are obvious errors or mistakes in it. Not all the modern "new" translations are worthy. But the NIV and the NASB are very good. From what I've researched, the NKJV is much more accurate than the KJV according to the Thayers Greek Definitions. Also, the Lord has greatly used the NKJV to help me in my spiritual growth. The KJV is not the same English we use today. It is ignorant to believe that the same God who provided us with the KJV, would not also provide us a more up to date english language Bible. Almost all "major" changes in the NKJV are not really significant at all, and according to Thayer's, more accurate.

From what I've researched, the NKJV is much more accurate than the KJV according to the Thayers Greek Definitions. Also, the Lord has greatly used the NKJV to help me in my spiritual growth. The KJV is not the same English we use today. It is ignorant to believe that the same God who provided us with the KJV, would not also provide us a more up to date english language Bible. Almost all "major" changes in the NKJV are not really significant at all, and according to Thayer's, more accurate.
