@mrdoom666 What I've realised is that there are an infinite number of Matrix's. As long as there is an SUBJECT-OBJECT relationship, or 'MIND-MATTER' relationship, a type of Matrix will always exist.

A Matrix is the condition between the relations of a Mind acting on another, be it human or not. This relation is an immaterial basis. It is how opposites relate to one another. Similar to the relationship NEO and AGENT SMITH have; they are both opposites, but need depend on eachother to survive.

Do you mean how Smith is in a human body? When that guy was in the Matrix, Smith corrupted the guy's data and took him over. So when the guy was jacked out Smith was in control
