  • im playing this on trombone... :L

  • I played this on double bass at EYSM and fell in love with it so much that I did it for an audition into the top youth orchestra at the time. Love it.

  • I play this at concerts on my violin!

  • I'm playing this for my grade 4 kazoo exam.

  • beautyful!

  • my school band is playing this for a competition in band!!! its soo cool!(:

  • Damnit Warlock, why couldn't you have written more to this movement?

Absolutely divine music right here. By far my favorite movement of the suite.

  • Cool Im played this in 8th grade for Orchestra :)

  • i just did a concert in thurcroft in the young synthonia string orchestra today and played the first movement from this suite, its an amazing piece of music

  • We play a really good arrangement of this in our brass ensemble

    it's a fantastic piece

  • we are playinf this in our clarinet choir

  • ...My friends and I have decided that this sounds a lot like Pirates of the Caribbean music...the 2nd violin part is really fun to play.

  • @Failofthemoment I can see the similarity I suppose. But This most definitely came first. ;)

  • Im playing this on flute for grade 4 exam ;) xx

  • aewsome played this song in my all-region orchestra

  • yeehaw!!

  • -_-

  • yeehaww

  • The best version I've found on the net!

  • Good luck with the Sextet by the way; I used to play the Clarinet!

  • Sometimes the price we have to pay for the art is the artist I guess! hehe

  • Im playing the capriol suite in a clarinet sextet. Such good music. but peter warlock was a bit nutty

  • Again, you've really caught the 'in your face' spirit of this piece. It is meant to be like driving a car with a gearbox but no clutch - enjoy the clashes of the false relations and bare harmonies. Fantastic.

  • Sounds good Wesside233! You will have to post a video of yourself! I imagine this would suit brass instruments quite well actually!

  • Any music in this renaissance style sounds totally badass on any brass!

  • @fozziebear2009 it sound great with trumpet - played it in a group a couple of years back

  • I love to play this song.

    On my trumpet.

  • I agree! I've attempted to write in this kind of 'tudor' style in the past. With varying degrees of success I have to say!

  • It's amazing how he captures the antique style! Same applies to the pavane, haven't heard the rest yet!
