This wasn't from 1993. Izzy left the band in 1991. Guns and Roses used to play new songs live before they recorded them, this being one of them obviously. They played Knocking On Heaven's Door and Right Next Door To Hell with Steven Adler live before he was let go. There are a couple of videos on YouTube, as proof. The Spaghetti Incident was recorded with Gilby Carke, and it came out in 1994.
