  • Thanks for the great idea. I know how to do basketweave (oh, it takes forever). I was looking for a 4th of July cake to take to a picnic. This will do just fine.

  • Thank you! I love decorating cakes and so I hope it helped you learn the technique so you can do it yourself! :)

    That cake ended up taking forever. haha we decorated the top with blueberries and strawberries and placed them in the shape of a flag. It turned out very nice. :)
