But yeah, easily one of my favorite scenes from the film. Excellent character interaction between Heath and Aaron. Joker's monologue is great, too.

Joker apparently had all this planned MONTHS ahead of time. All that money he stole and such. Also, remember that Gotham was still kinda crooked at this point. Pay off a few security guards, have men load the place up with explosives (mostly likely in ducts and inbetween walls in a few key places) and well...Then wait till the right moment.
