Of course it isn't anime! Anime is just a japanese word for "animation". If you're living in Japan, then sure it's anime. But it might as well be "short film" or "music video" if you're an English speaker.

Anime such a broad, wide term...there's anime historic drama, anime action, anime educational kid's shows, anime love stories and anime porn.
