i play ice and roller and ice is really not that hard its alot slower of a game because of off sides so roller not only takes more skills but it makes you think a hell of alot faster

@cowabina how does it require more leg strength in ice people are trying to knock you off the puck, and although there is some contact in roller it definitely doesnt require more leg strength lol, less gear, less contact=less leg strength, trust me ice you need to be hell of a lot stronger because i know people who are only 103 pounds at the age of 16 who are gods at roller but cant handle ice.

hey man, I play both and I live in an area that does not snow or get cold enough for a pond to freeze over. The closest ice rink is about an hour out while the closest inline rink is like 10 minutes. And to be honest there is subtle differences between ice and roller despite the obvious.
