At 3:15, the KCAL reporter says the chase appears to be over. Did he mean to imply apeers? Nevertheless, the best part is when the CHP cruiser almost doesn't stop before the officer has bolted onto his foot pursuit. That was right out of a cartoon or training video (or could certainly be used for training purposes) or something like that.
