I take offense at this because my dad's life was dramatically changed 30 years ago after he walked down an isle and 'prayed a prayer.' HE prayed, GOD changed his life and our entire family! On the flip side, I actually have NEVER heard anyone tell me that they are saved because once a long time ago walked the isle and said a prayer when their lives are not demonstrating it. It is up to us to spread the gospel; it is between each person and God whether they truly trusted in Him.

They mention it, but then they tell people to pray and ask Jesus into their heart. There is no prayer in those Scriptures and there's no "asking Jesus in your heart" either. I take offense at this because my dad's life was dramatically changed 30 years ago after he walked down an isle and 'prayed a prayer.' HE prayed, GOD changed his life and our entire family! On the flip side, I actually have NEVER heard anyone tell me that they are saved because once a long time ago walked the isle and said a prayer when their lives are not demonstrating it. It is up to us to spread the gospel; it is between each person and God whether they truly trusted in Him.

in Exodus, when God tells Moses to tell Pharoah that "I AM" sent you, that is the root word in Hebrew for YHWH, it's the YH part(hayah); when translated into Greek, it's "eyo eimi" (eh-go eh-me), which simply means "I AM" so if Jesus was speaking Hebrew, He would have said "YHWH" and He might have, the account was written in Greek.

They mention it, but then they tell people to pray and ask Jesus into their heart. There is no prayer in those Scriptures and there's no "asking Jesus in your heart" either. The "Roman Road" is believe the Gospel and confess Jesus as Lord. It's EXACTLY the same as that "blab it and grab it," "name it and claim it" "heresy."

Were living in the last hours,why would God reveal the truth about the gospel now?He isnt the Gospel=good news is the same today as it was 2000 years ago jesus saves,jesus sets free,jesus heals and jesus is returning soon!!ALELUYA!!!thats the gospel.Thats not what this paul w. preaches it all.

Condemnation kills but the Spirit gives Life, 1Cor3:6 Whether you ask Jesus to take all ur heart & life or to be ur Lord & Savior, or yes say a "sinners prayer" by faith u r saved. The Holy Spirit immed makes that one born again. He clothes us w/Rightouesness, Peace & Joy, washes us by His word, presence, great Love & acceptance in the Beloved thereby flesh being crucified replaced by the fruit of the Spirit. Paul Washer is negating the FINISHED work of Christ by a dangerous religous spirit.

for christians the question what must i do to be saved, can only be answered from the bible. the gospel plan of salvation is clear. hear, believe, repent, confess and be baptized. Paul preaches an absolutely fantastic lesson but leaves baptism completely out, so far as I have heard. Is one saved just because one has been baptized? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Just as Paul says it is a lifetime of commitment and devotion just as 1 Corinthians 15:58 instructs us to do.

Amen and Amen! Salvation is not buying insurance to keep you from hell. It's giving your life to Him who bought it with His blood. It's adoption into the family of God. It's selling yourself into slavery to Him who is the Good Master. It's obedience to the irresistible call of the grace of God. It's a response to Love. It is being healed by the Good Physician. Salvation is being saved from yourself, by dying to self, and living for Christ.

This guy's preaching is off. He preaches salvation by works, yet Paul didn't
Romans 3:23-24
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified FREELY by His GRACE through the redemption that came BY Christ Jesus.
1 Tim 4:9-11
This is a TRUSTWORTHY saying that deserves FULL ACCEPTANCE (and for this we labor and strive), that we have put our HOPE in the living God, who is the Savior OF ALL MEN, and ESPECIALLY of those who believe. Command and TEACH THESE THINGS.

@davidbrucemusicvideo If you believe Jesus Christ as savior it will show. It is not by works that you are saved of course, even the prophets in the OT knew that.. But its evidence in faith or "good Fruit" (see Matthew 7:20) that shows a true Christian..

This guy isnt saying that you should do works to be saved. He is saying you are doing good works BECAUSE you are saved.

@davidbrucemusicvideo He doesn't preach salvation by works, read MovieBumonTwitter 's comment. You don't do works to get saved, you do good works because you ARE saved. It's kinda like this, a person can sneeze but not have a cold, but if a person has a cold he WILL sneeze. You can do works but not be saved, but if you are saved, you WILL do good works.
