ok can someone please help me? im at the end part of 5-2 and its just the door that i came through with the mermaid shell and the map guy sooo i have no clue what to do because theres nothing to jump off of or swim up (plus theres no water) its just a dead end can someone help pleaseeeee?

Oh, I know what you're talking about. I'll try to make a video if I have time but, you need to hit the fishbones when its at the top of the room so it slowly floats down onto the switch. RIGHT after you hit it, swim through the maze before the fish "wakes up" again. If you did it right, the fishbones will have floated down onto the switch and the door will be open.
How do u get that much health?

You have to find all the heart gems (I think that's what they're called...idk). The gems are hidden in different stages.
