Dude if you watch the vid again it can't be the NOOB board as it jumps higher than the Black Devil. If you've been playing the game you'd notice that the boards get better as you unlock them.

But you can edit the board to jump higher and go faster... you need a jailbroken ipod/phone.. its the noob board because if you look to the board next to it the noob board is gone..
