I went from drooling in my first game at a terrible but enjoyable game to being immensely p'd off by the third game. Not too good since each game is only about 3 minutes long, that makes 9 minutes game time before you'll chuck it. That said, I did play with the keyboard, I think you might get some mileage with a controller. Even though I love DigiPen, they've made some terrible very underdeveloped sport games and this feels like one of them, not a made for profit game.
Can anyone answer the question. Does the career mode is very large and varied? How many seasons I can play? Only a few like in the old "Speedball 2" or more like in "Pro Evolution Soccer" series?
Meh, I wish they would've kept the animated sprites instead of going 3D. The sprites had the right kind of 'character' for this type of game. I also wish they kept the original music which was awesome. Actually why didn't they just do a great port of the Amiga version and sell it for $14.95 instead of the dubiously priced $29.95?
It's only for PC, the game is pretty good so far but there are some issues. The developers have fixed a lot of the problems and they even released 200 free keys as a Christmas gift, online isn't great but it's improving. Mike Montgomery was the only remaining bitmap brother to help produce Speedball 2: Tournament. You can play it in classic mode with the above view and models based on the originals if you liked SB2:BD.
im not saying its 25 dollars is to much but i wouldnt pay 25 dollars for this POS GAME... and yeah i got steam -.- and id have payed a lot more for games but at least there worth it... and erdal0 you probably know about wellfare alot cause your whole childhood was supported by it?
Does using a gamepad let you move in all directions instead of just 8?

dont buy the game.
No career mode, the team editor doesnt have mid, fwd and def boosts you ahve to do everythin by individual player.
There seems to be no online players either (not had a single match in 3 months)

Is this for the X-box 360? Christ it looks lame. I used to play speedball 2 on my A1200, and it still looks better than this.
