Victor, If you see on any of your paper work (UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT) I have looked all over the acts of congress and found no such court, this court is just a corporation making money they will dismiss your paper work on grounds of subject matter jurisdiction, and failure to state a claim, art.III court is what you want (District Court of the United States)

They asked me to send a picture if I contested so I did. Several months later I started getting wage garnishment. Because I was in no position to travel 100+ miles to go see them, it continued. Even after paternity was proven they never paid back my $1000+ saying I would never get it back.
