@eckoinlasvegas No, the holospiralwallpaper.apk is a live wallpaper that comes with stock Honeycomb, and is obviously making its way to ICS too.
On another note, this looks really awesome. It looks pretty legit too, with the same kind of feel as the Honeycomb boot animation which also pulsated in the same way. This makes me even more excited for the launch of ICS.
You morons don't need to reboot your phone to get the boot animation. Try "bootanimation" from the ADB shell.
