I'll add on to nihilistmuffin's tips.

If you're good at blocking/dodging, don't underestimate Shantotto's melee skills. But yeah, Stun is nearly useless in Dissidia (and FFXI :P)

Three tips for Shantotto:

1. Use moar Bio. Bio + Bind spam screws the AI over hardcore.

2. No Stun pl0x. It's a horrible attack. Replace with Bio.

After connecting with Water, I find it useful to link directly to Thunder and not bother continuing on to Stone. This allows for some extra Wall Rush damage, which can be useful. This is provided that your opponent is close enough to the ground.

Shantotto is the best i used her as lvl1 and battled exdeath as lvl100 and i went up by 40 lvls

You mean Chaos Inward where the characters reach like level 120? If you are having a hard time, I suggest you synthesis powerful equipment and give her alot of accessory slots. Then you may have an easier time

usint the accessory mutiplier helps alot :D the best thing i use is safety ring to keep me from dying and smiting soul to break my opponents and let my opponent randomly break and my multipliers usually reach over 20

milk her ex-mode and when you get to chaos on inward chaos spam the hell out of her tornado in ex-mode and never go to the finisher. tornado protects you from everything chaos throws at you

exdeath dosent suck in my hands ill own you in 1 min so what he walks slow but i barely even walk i always rush to my opponent when i need to...and when your psp is as handicapped as mine you will be a pro with anyone

Well she makes a fusion skillchain, so if you open with Flare, it'll say that you got a magic burst.
