after installing winterboard, if your 3gs crash do not restore, plug in your iphone minimize itune and just run blackra1n again, it will help you reboot your iphone.

its an app from cydia call makeitmine you can change your carrier and banner easy to use simply type your name into text field and then if u want it as your carrier press carrier in top left or banner in top right corners hope this helped
